Will there be any downtime if I upgrade?

To upgrade your plan, login at https://www.pinchhost.com/support and find the specific hosting account in "My Services". There will be the option to "Upgrade/Downgrade". You should see no downtime from upgrading shared hosting plans. If you have outgrown shared hosting and wish to move to VPS/dedicated, please drop us a support ticket.
